Paprika Chicken with Chickpeas

paprika chicken

This is an irresistible dinner – easy to make, so flavorful, very tender, and also healthy. It goes perfectly with some roasted vegetables or a salad on the side. And a glass of wine of course.

These chicken pieces (skin-on and bone-in chicken will give it the most flavor) are marinated in a paprika spice rub for an hour or two until the flavor permeates. Then chickpeas and a lemon juice mixture are tossed with the marinated chicken and spices. Everything is baked together on top of a bed of sliced onions until done.

This is definitely a must try!
